HOLLOW METAL
Kraft Honeycomb Core Doors (D-Series)
The D Series Door has earned a reputation for quality, durability and performance throughout the commercial construction industry. The D Series is Fleming’s lockseam door for use in light duty, moderate duty, heavy duty and maximum duty applications.
- Available in 16 ga., 18 ga. and 20 ga.
- Available with small cell kraft paper honeycomb core standard. Polystyrene, polyisocyanurate and temperature-rise rated cores available”
- Available in sizes up to 3’0 x 10’0 or 4’0 x 9’0
- Available with a wide range of glass lights and louvers
- Fire-rated up to 3 hours with cULus and cWHIus labelling for traditional and positive pressure, temperature-rise rated and smoke and draft control
- 2007 Florida Building Code compliant, UL Listed, FBC Approved, including the HVHZ (Miami-Dade and Broward Counties) up to 4’ x 8’ singles / 8’ x 8’ pairs at +/- 70 psf Design Load and Large Missile Impact rated

- High frequency hinge reinforcing which outperforms standard or 3/16″ hinge reinforcing
- Dimpled hinge reinforcing for easy conversion from standard weight hinges to heavy weight hinges
- Adhesive assisted extra deep lockseam which enhances structural rigidity and durability of the door
- Channel type closer reinforcing in all doors
- Face sheets and all internal components made with A40 paintable galvanneal steel
- Meets and exceeds ANSI/SDI A250.8, ANSI/HMMA 867 and CSDMA 08 11 13 – Laminated Core Construction requirements
STEEL STIFFENED DOORS (H-SERIES)
H Series Door
When security and lasting performance are the issue, the H Series Door should be specified. Recognized as one of the strongest doors in the industry, it is designed to withstand the wear and tear of high abuse and high frequency openings as well as commercial security applications. This door is specified in many banks, police stations and schools.
H Series doors are constructed using vertical interlocking steel stiffeners located at 6” centers across the door, welded to each face sheet at 6” on center, with the voids between stiffeners filled with batt insulation. Vertical door edges are continuously welded for maximum durability and performance.
- Available in 12 ga., 14 ga. and 16 ga.

- Available with a wide range of glass lights and louvres
- 20 ga interlocking, adhesive assisted, vertical steel stiffeners spot welded to each face sheet
- Fire-rated with cULus and cWHIus labeling for traditional and positive pressure and smoke and draft control up to 3 hours with 4’ x 10’ singles / 8’ x 10’ pairs and to 5’ x 12’ singles / 10’ x 12’ pairs for 1-1/2 hours
- 2007 Florida Building Code compliant, UL Listed, FBC Approved, including the HVHZ (Miami-Dade and Broward Counties) for 4’ x 8’ singles and 8’ x 8’ pairs up to +/- 70 psf Design Load and Large Missile Impact rated

E Series Doors
Elegance combines with true Commercial Quality in this exquisite steel door. Manufactured to the same rigid commercial specifications as our D-Series, the E-Series 6 panel embossed door provides security and durability for today’s demanding markets.
